As well as the Junior programme of medal competitions as published in the Membership Card & Fixture List, the following lists in more detail some of the main club events which are played for throughout the season involving Junior members.

OFFICIAL OPENING COMPETITI0N TROPHY: NIL

Opening competition of season. Format: Texas Scramble. A Fun Day. Open to Gents; Ladies; Juniors. Teams of three (Gent/Lady or Junior/Any). Shotgun Start. Prizes: 1st; 2nd 3rd Teams. Longest Drive: Gents; Ladies: Juniors,  Nearest the Pin: ditto, Putting Competition.

CAPTAIN'S DAY TROPHY: CAPTAIN'S PUTTER
Format: Stableford. Team scores. Aggregate of all Team Members. This is a Fun Day. Open to Gents, Ladies and Juniors. Teams of three (Gent/Lady or Junior/Any).
Shotgun Start. Prizes: Various. Aggregate Team Prize. & Captain's Putter to 1st Team.
Longest Drive: Gents; Ladies; Juniors. Nearest the Pin: ditto
Chipping Competition: Putting Competition:

FINALS DAY
All Finals Co-Ordinated by M & H Convenor.
Presentation of Trophies to Winners made in the Clubhouse by Club Captain. Trophies are presented on the day. Trophies presented on the day must be returned to the trophy cabinet and cannot be removed from the clubhouse.


AUTUMN LEAVES
Played on the last Sunday in October.
A fun Team competition (Gents/Ladies/Juniors) to end the Season. Shotgun Start. Format: Varied. Entry Fee: (Juniors free). Prizes for 1st; 2nd; 3rd. Plus Novelty. Booby.



OTHER COMPETITIONS

PRO'S DAY
Played on the first Weekend in July.
Format: Varies. Usually some form of Team event.  Shotgun start a.m. followed by buffet.
